How much does it cost?
All chains are priced per inch and custom fit to each guest. Price will vary depending on the style of the chain. The price lists we provided above gives an average idea of the cost.
What if I need to remove the chain?
No problem! Cut the chain on the welded link. When you are ready to have it put back on schedule a re-weld appointment. Your first re-weld is free.
How long does it last?
Generally you can expect anywhere from 1-10 years depending on the type of metal (sterling silver, 14K gold, etc.) that you choose.
Do you offer private parties?
Yes! I offer parties and events at your choice of location with a minimum of 6 people. Host receives $100-175 off and all guest receive 20% off.
What happens if the chain breaks?
Jewelry Artists are not responsible for the wear and tear of chains. If the chain breaks at the welded area, please reach out to schedule a free re-weld appointment on the original chain. Each additional re-weld is $15
We cannot offer replacements, refunds or discounts to replace lost chains. Due to the personal nature of the wearer's lifestyle, job and other external factors that are out of our control.
Is there a warranty?
Whether your jump ring breaks, the metal stretches or you have to cut it off for any reason we are happy to put it back on.
Just keep the chain and schedule re-weld appointment.
Do you offer refunds?
Dainty & Durable, but not indestructible. The longevity of the jewelry is directly influenced by care and lifestyle. If caught or snagged, the chain will break and/or stretch. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts for lost or stretched jewelry.
