Stay Golden ships via USPS as our primary carrier. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! If you need your order faster, you can select priority shipping at checkout for $20.00, which arrives within 2-3 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store Pickup
Are you local to Quincy, IL? You can shop online and pick up your order in-store! Simply select the pickup option at checkout. Please wait for a notification confirming your order is ready before coming to pick it up.

Due to the personalized and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully select your items, and we’re happy to assist with any sizing or styling questions before purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will promptly assess the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
Once tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We offer one free re-weld if you still have your jewelry piece. Any additional re-welds can be done for $15.
